Yohanes has over 20 years of experience in merger; acquisition in various industries in Australia and South East Asia. In the last decade, Yohanes also invest controlling stakes in small and midsize companies, mainly in engineering service and renewable related companies. Yohanes completed a Bachellor of Materials Engineering with First Class Honours at the University of Australia and it’s a member of Engineers Australia. He is the former director of Swiber Offshore Construction. He left Oil and Gas industry in 2016 to pursue a his passion to invest and grown companies. Followings are some ventures heinvolved before setting up Wynn Capital in 2021.

Price Trandos Engineering is a specialist manufacturer of low and medium voltage main and distribution switchboards servicing Perth, Western Australia It has expanded its operation to Indonesia since 2016. Price Trandos Engineering has ability to meet stringent engineering requirements and our extensive range of Type Tested proprietarydesigns and also being an AS/NZS ISO 9001 company

• Founder of PT Zocalo Solusi Teknologileads an innovative engineering company specializing in the design, construction, and installation of Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS), automation, Internet of Things (IoT), and Wellhead Control Panels (WHCP) in the oil and gas industry. The company is at the forefront of embracing Industry 5.0, integrating advanced technologies and human-centric solutions to drive the future of industrial automation.
